Cake care details:
We recommend keeping and storing the cream cake in the refrigerator.
It's best to serve the cake at room temperature after cutting, avoiding direct exposure to heat or sunlight.
Decorations may include wire supports or wooden sticks to hold the shape, so please make sure to remove these before serving.
Store any leftover cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh for up to a week.
It's best to enjoy the cake within 24 hours for the best taste and quality.
Rose care details:
Trim the rose stems and add water immediately.
Cut the stem ends at a 45-degree angle, about 1-2 inches long.
Use a clean container and clean water.
Only remove wilted leaves, to extend the flower's life.
Check the water level daily and change it every two to three days.
Keep the roses away from direct sunlight or excessive heat, and mist them daily with water to keep them hydrated.
Enjoy the beauty of your roses from FNP Saudi Arabia.
Note: With proper care, the flowers can last up to seven days. Please note that flower colors may vary depending on the season.
Cake delivery details:
Every cake we offer is carefully handmade. Since baking and decorating styles vary between our chefs, there may be slight differences in the final design and shape. However, we guarantee your cake will arrive fresh and beautiful, perfectly suited to your occasion.
We recommend refrigerating the cake as soon as it's received, before serving, to preserve its quality and freshness.
We are committed to delivering your order on time; however, in rare cases beyond our control, a delay may occur, and we will make sure to notify you in advance if this happens.
When carrying the cake box, please lift it from the bottom only and avoid holding it from the top or sides, to prevent any damage to the shape or design.
Rose delivery details:
We guarantee your roses will arrive in their best condition, at full freshness.
We take care to protect the roses' quality and integrity during transit (such as corrugated dividers when shipping a vase, wrapping paper, or foam padding), extending their vase life.
We do our best to ensure the bouquet you receive matches your order as closely as possible.
Natural products may show slight color variations; this is part of their unique beauty.
We deliver your order within the specified timeframe, but in rare circumstances beyond our control, a delay may occur, and you will be notified in advance.
